The True-Profit Construction Software app will function as a full-featured version for 30 days for free. After 30 days, the app will forever function for free in reduced-featured mode; however, the following features will have expired after the first 30 days: (a)feature to enter time and materials expenses for a Time and Materials project; and (b) feature to enter percent complete or current amounts for the current bill for a Lump Sum project

All other features of the software are always free, so that you can always view cost reports and project costs (e.g. budget vs. actuals, profit, original budget and contract estimates) and progress bills for all of the costs that have been entered into your projects to date.
After the first 30 days have passed, you can continue to use the software in reduced-featured mode for free, or you can reactivate the app to function as a full-featured version again via it's 2 in-app purchase offers:
- $7.49 USD / month unlimited progress bills
- $69.99 USD / year unlimited progress bills
The app is always active and ready to meet your needs
The app will always be active (whether the app is functioning in reduced-featured mode or full-featured mode). In this sense, the app is free with in-app purchase offers (not like a trial version where all features are locked forever after expiration). When it comes time to crunch the numbers and provide your clients with easy-to-read cost reports with a progress invoice, the True-Profit Construction Software app will always be available to meet your needs.
For example, if you need the app only for a few months for a certain project, activate all features on a monthly basis; when you need the app for your next project, you can simply reactivate all features on a monthly basis again. On the other hand, if you are a contractor with multiple time-and-materials and lump sum projects on the go, it might make more sense to activate all features for a year and save money over time. If you don't have any projects on the go, you can use the app for free in reduced featured mode (e.g. review the project costs of previous projects and see how you might be able to improve your estimates and determine proper chargeout rates to use in future projects to ensure that you are making a profit). |
